The Sitton triplets, Royce, Richard and Robert, on their bicycles. Clipping: Triplets Celebrate Their Fourteenth Birthday. The Sitton triplets, Royce, Richard and Robert celebrated their 14th birthday Sunday at a family dinner party at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.F. Sitton, 3008 Murphy. Highlight of the day for the three boys was receiving three bicycles and three chocolate cakes, one for each of them. Attending the dinner were Mrs. J.B. Sitton, whose husband and brother of the triplets is Captain Sitton with the Air Forces in Italy, their son, Michael; the boys sisters, Mrs. E.L. Walker and Miss Gladys Ruth Sitton, both of the Murphy address; and Mrs. Walker's daughter, Betty Sue. Published morning edition December 4, 1944. Photograph showing three fourteen year old brothers who are triplets. Each boy is standing next to a bicycle. The boys are all dressed identical with matching plaid jackets and dark pants. The bicycle in the middle has a basket attached to the front. The other two bicycles do not have a basket.
