Officers in the Army Air Force are making a plea for greater production of war materials. Standing in a row, left to right, are Colonel Claire Peterson, Lieutenant General Barton K. Yount, General H. H. Arnold, Lieutenant Colonel Emmett McCabe and Captain Tom C. Sheffield. Colonel Peterson is a pilot in the Army Air Force. General Yount, commanding general of the Army Air Forces Training Command (AAFTC). General Arnold is the chief of the Army Air Forces. Colonel McCabe and Captain Sheffield are executive assistants to General Arnold. All five men are dress in their military uniforms.
