Tom Fletcher got three of his youngest girls together Friday afternoon to talk over his plans to retire as superintendent of Masonic Home and School Jan. 1. In the photograph, Mr. Fletcher, surrounded by three girls. He is wearing a suit, collared top, socks and dress shoes. He is looking down at Wilma standing to his left. Babs on the left side of the photo is standing next to him with her left arm draped across his shoulders. Her other arm is down at her side. She is wearing a short-sleeve knitted top, above knee length skirt, ankle high socks and ankle high lace-up shoes. Wilma on the right side of the photo is leaning up against Mr. Fletcher's left leg. She is wearing a short-sleeve, collared, above knee length dress with four scalloped stripes and other decorative designs. She is also wearing socks and lace-up shoes. Verna, in the center of the photo, is standing in front of Mr. Fletcher. He has his right arm draped across her stomach. Verna is holding onto his hand. She is wearing a floral, collared, short-sleeve, above knee length dress, socks and lace-up shoes. The photograph is taken outdoors in a grassy area. Directly behind Mr. Fletcher, there is wooden slatted fence and trees. In the far distant left there is a large brick building.
