Texas Baptist General Convention. Left to right, Grover C. Cole, Mrs. B. A. Copass and Doctor. E. D. Head. The photograph shows the two men standing looking at each other while Mrs. Copass is standing in between them and staring at the camera. The three individuals are standing in front of a table. Mr. Cole is wearing a pin-striped suit: buttoned jacket, collared shirt, tie and handkerchief in the suit jacket pocket. Dr. Head is wearing a dark colored suit: buttoned jacket, collared shirt and tie. He also has a handkerchief in the suit pocket and a ring on his ring finger, left hand. Mrs. Copass is wearing a six-button formal jacket buttoned together by the bottom three buttons. She also has on a belt, silk laced collared top, decorative hat, eye glasses, earrings and a brooch on the left lapel of her jacket. She is wearing a glove on her left hand and holding a glove in her right hand. On the wall behind each man is a small plaque with a Bible verse. There is a framed landscape picture on the wall behind the woman. Also, hanging on the wall behind Dr. Head, who is on the right, is a Baylor university graduation diploma. On the table near the right hand of Mr. Cole is a book. The photograph is showing the three newly elected members to the Texas Baptist General Convention. Grover C. Cole, brotherhood president; Mrs. B. A. Copass, Women's Missionary Union president and Dr. E. D. Head, president of Baptist Seminary, general convention president.
