The baby's father, a sergeant in the Army Engineers has been in England since September. Mrs. Carroll is the former Margery Casey. Mrs. Carroll is in bed holding her son. She is looking at the camera and the infant is asleep. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 3, 1944. .
