    Description

Harry L. Laue, chairman of the recent citywide one-day waste paper collection drive, is shown stamping "Compliments of the American Legion" on the first order of metal lawn benches to the United States Public Health Service hospital. Proceeds from sale, of the paper which went to American Legion posts here, were used to purchase the lawn furniture. Mr. Laue is wearing a suit, hat, and glasses. He has something in his hand and is pressing it on a bench. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 31, 1944.
