Shown are Mrs. Sophie Vitek, Route 3, Fort Worth, Texas, and J. Palachek, 2708 N. W. 27th, Fort Worth, Texas. They are taking time out for some food at the Federation of American Czechoslovaks' victory bazaar and dance at Sokol Hall. Mr. Palachek was born in Czechoslovakia and came to Fort Worth 22 years ago. Mrs. Vitek's parents were native Czechoslovaks. They are both shown seated at a table and enjoying food. She is wearing a lace top. He is wearing a suit and tie. They are both looking at the camera. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 30, 1944.
