Mrs. Watts of Lufkin, worthy grand matron of the Grand Chapter of Texas, Order of the Eastern Star will preside at sessions of the state convention Tuesday through Thursday. Two of the guests at the open house she held Sunday afternoon were, Mrs. Garlitz, Fort Worth, deputy grand matron of District Three; and, Mrs. Dowell, Austin, grand conductress of the grand chapter.
