Technical Sergeant David E. Snow of Ector, Texas; son of Mr. & Mrs. Ernest Snow has been awarded the Air Medal and Distinguished Unit Badge for combat missions against enemy targets in the Balkan area. He is an engineer - gunner on a Liberator based in Italy. The picture of Tech. Sgt. Snow is a copy of a black and white portrait of him; he appears to be wearing a collared shirt. In the right corner of the photo it reads in Italian, "Sinceri Auguri David" which means "Sincere wishes, David".
