Captain Lee Sturges Thomas and his wife, the former Señorita Domitilia Julia Sacramento of Lisbon, Portugal. They are visiting his parents, Mr & Mrs J. Elmer Thomas, while he is on leave after two and a half years in Lisbon, where he was military attache at the American legation. In the picture both appear to be sitting down on a sofa, there is a painting hanging in the wall. Capt. Thomas is wearing his uniform and his wife is wearing a long sleeve dress and a pin up hairstyle. They both appear to be smiling.
