After 29 months spent as supply officer for Allied armies in North Africa and Italy Colonel Lawrence E. Heyduck with his wife. Mrs. Heyduck is seen to be inspecting the American Legion of Merit and Order of the British Empire medals with which he was decorated. They appear to be seating on a striped couch next to each other. Mrs. Heyduck is wearing a dress, and Col. Heyduck is wearing his uniform.
