Description

First Lieutenant Celesta B. Harper, pilot of a flying fortress in Italy, has returned home after completing his 50th mission. He has been visiting his wife and little daughter Jan. For his seven months overseas he was awarded the DFC and the Air Medal with six clusters. The picture is a copy of an original portrait of Lt. Harper.
