First Lieutenant Wayne E. Hickey, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Hickey of Springtown, Texas He was awarded with the DFC Air Medal with one cluster and Purple heart at his 15th Air Force bomber base in Italy. The picture is a portrait and you can see him wearing his uniform.
