    Mrs. R. C. Van Horn, Junior (Jr.) and son, Terry Everet. She is sitting in a striped chair and holding her baby boy and smiling for the camera. She is wearing a dress. There is a lamp behind her and a window with lace curtains. To the right is a bookshelf with magazines in it. Mrs. Van Horn and baby son have returned to their home in Los Angeles after visiting Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Van Horn, 4810 Meadowbrook, Fort Worth, Texas. The baby's father, a P-38 pilot in the Pacific, has never seen his son. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 1, 1944.
