Marines, left to right: Private First Class John A. Rosenlund, 19; Private First Class Bobby Lee Williams, 20; and Private First Class Marion T. Harllee, 20. Pfc. Rosenlund and Pfc. Williams served with an Alaskan defense battalion. Pfc. Williams' mother surprised him at the train station with a welcome home hug. Pfc. Harllee served with the famed 2nd Marine Division and is a wearer of the Purple Heart. All three are dressed in their military uniforms. They are in Fort Worth, Texas, on furlough.
