Description
Donald Terry, collector of insignia, has three of the most highly prized items in a collection of division emblems of the armed forces : shoulder patch worn by Major General Fred Walker, commander of the famed 36th "Texas" Division on the day of the Salerno landing; insignia of the 5th Army in Italy autographed by General Mark Clark; and a picture of the American Expeditionary Force path signed by General Eisenhower, supreme Allied commander. Donald, son of Captain and Mrs. E. F. Terry, will enter the seventh grade at McLean Junior High School. He is looking at a note sent to him for his sleeve insignia collection.
