Pierce, head of the Forty and Eight veterans association in Oklahoma, General Arthur Knickerbocker, adjutant general of the State of Texas, and Captain R. W. Truitt, chaplain of the Eighth Naval District. Mr. Pierce is wearing a suit, General Knickerbocker is wearing a long-sleeved button down shirt tucked into trousers, and Captain Truitt is wearing his military uniform.
