Hospital Officer Wins Promotion -- Maynard M. Conrad, who has been on duty at a station hospital in England 13 months was promoted to major. His wife, the former Miss Gene Roberts of 1420 Virginia Place received recently the news of promotion. Major Conrad is pictured here. A young man in military uniform, is wearing glasses and smiling. His home is Kalamazoo, Michigan. He took his medical training at Northwestern University. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, August 23, 1944.
