Description
Professor C. N. Shephardson is president of the Texas Dairy Products Association and head of the Texas Agricultural and Mechanical College dairy department. He spoke about the post-war dairy market at a conference held at Hotel Texas. With the reduction of cotton farms, Professor Shephardson thinks that the smaller cotton farms will adopt dairying. Professor Shephardson is standing against a wall, wearing a double breasted suit and eyeglasses.
