    Edward Minor is a Boiler Maker First Class in the United States Navy. He is home in Fort Worth, Texas, after 33 months of service on an auxiliary repair ship in the Pacific. He is spending his leave with his wife, the former Miss Ruby Marie Parson. Petty Officer Minor wears a battle star for Pearl Harbor, where his ship was in dock at the time of the attack. He is shown standing against a wall, dressed in his Navy uniform.
