Sergeant Charles R. Jones, twenty one, served as an engineer-gunner on the "Conquest Cavalier," B-24. Sergeant Jones is in Fort Worth, Texas, to visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Jones after completing thirty combat missions. Sergeant Jones holds the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal. He graduated from Paschal High School in 1941. Sergeant Jones is standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform.
