Description
Mrs. Wilbur Lewis Floyd is lying on a bed with her newborn daughter, Dona Lorine Floyd. Her husband, Lieutenant Floyd is a pilot on a P-47 and is serving overseas in France. She is living with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Luke Williams while her husband is serving overseas. Mrs. Floyd is a graduate of Amon Carter-Riverside High School. She was a student nurse at Methodist Hospital when she contracted poliomyelitis last July. Now fully recovered, she plans to begin training again in September.
