The Hereford Breeders Association is holding their annual directors meeting at the Flat Top Ranch near Walnut Springs, Texas. In attendance, left to right, are Wayne Hammon and Doctor Herbert Poyner. Mr. Hammon, of Wichita Falls, Texas, is dressed in a straw hat, sunglasses, collared shirt, necktie, and trousers. Dr. Poyner, of Houston, Texas, is wearing a hat, striped shirt, necktie, and trousers. He is holding a cigar in his left hand.
