Description
The Hereford Breeders Association is holding their annual directors meeting at the Flat Top Ranch near Walnut Springs, Texas. Sitting under a tree, left to right, are Bill Roberts, Gene Wallace, and Mans Hoggett. Mr. Roberts is the manager of Flat Top Ranch. He is dressed in a hat, short-sleeve shirt, and trousers. Mr. Wallace, of Sonora, Texas, is wearing a hat, striped t-shirt and trousers. Mr. Hoggett is dressed in a collared shirt, necktie, trousers, and cowboy boots. Mr. Roberts and Mr. Hoggett are sitting in chairs while Mr. Wallace is sitting on the ground. Mr. Hoggett is smoking a cigar.
