Unidentified juvenile delinquent in city jail. "Tarrant County must take it's children out of jail." With that as their goal, juvenile officials and interested citizens are surveying possibilities of providing a detention home for juveniles to prevent the youngsters from being placed in jail while the Probation Department works out plans for them.
