Heimut Tummler, 24, escaped German prisoner of war from Camp Maxey, was captured at Evans and Marion Streets at 7 a.m. by Radio Patrolmen C. E. Smith and A. Pulliam. Mr. Tummler wearing a long sleeve shirt and slacks. His hands are behind his back.
