Pulvers, navigator-bombardier on a Marauder bomber of the 9th Air Force in England, has been awarded the Purple Heart, the Distinguished Flying Cross, and the Air Medal with five oak leaf clusters. First Lt. Pulvers has completed 47 missions over enemy occupied territory in Europe.
