Description
E. W. Dryer of 1306 Lee, deputy sheriff assigned to investigate cases or reportedly rabid and stray dogs in the county, stands beside the county's dog wagon. Four dogs are in the doghouse mounted in the bed of a dump truck.Mr. Dyer is wearing a fedora, eye glasses, striped suit with belt, collared shirt and tie. He has a stone ring on left hand that is resting on the dog wagon door. There are two dogs sticking their noses out of the cage. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, April 26, 1944.
