Mrs. Roy C. Stephens, 3133 Stadium, recently was elected president of the University Place Study Club. Portrait of Stephens in a v-neck dress. Sheer material, with a bow and elaborate rhinestone trim, covers the vee. She has on large stud earrings and a veil brimmed hat, with a bow on the front. The brim is covered in fringe. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, April 20, 1944.
