Fort Worth Aviation Operations Institute officials. Left to right, E. D. Dodd of Austin, Texas, educational consultant for the Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA), and Doctor William L. Wrinkle of Greeley, Colorado, instigator of the institute. Unnamed man next to Dr. Wrinkle. All three men are looking over the latest weather data while it is being received on one of the battery teletype machine, at the United States Weather Bureau. E. D. Dodd is in a three piece suit, shirt and tie. Dr. Wrinkle is in a double breasted suit, shirt and patterned tie. A wing pin is on his lapel. His left hand is holding the report and his right hand is pointing at it. There are three visible teletype machines. The unnamed man is in a double breasted, pinstriped suit with name tag. He has a thin mustache and rimless eyeglasses. Next to him is an onlooker, dressed in a long sleeve shirt, vest and tie. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, April 16, 1944.
