Description
The Fort Worth, Texas Red Cross Blood Donor mobile unit launched a series of out-of-town stands, to include Ardmore, Oklahoma. Many donors crowded the temporary center, American Legion Hall and waited hours in long lines outside. . M. S. Billingsley, right, blood custodian, shows Claude Brown, a donor, how his pint of blood is packed in a container for shipment to a processing plant. Mr. Billingsley is wearing a collared shirt, necktie and trousers. Mr. Brown is wearing a collared shit, necktie, vest and trousers.
