The Fort Worth, Texas Red Cross Blood Donor mobile unit launched a series of out-of-town stands, to include Denton. Left, Major George D. Feldner, Army physician in charge, unloads equipment with aid of D. L. Lindsay, right, Denton, Texas blood donor chairman. The two men are wearing suits and Major Feldner is handing a box to Mr. Lindsay. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, April 4, 1944.
