Ballots are being cast Saturday afternoon for the school trustee election in Fort Worth, Texas. One of the voters at Diamond Hill Elementary School is L. H. Mathis. He is shown putting on his glasses to read the ballot and see who to vote for. Mr. Mathis is dressed in a cowboy hat, button-up shirt, and trousers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, April 1, 1944.
