The Texas Philatelic Association is holding their 44th annual convention at the Blackstone Hotel. Attending the convention, left to right, are H. L. Nichols and Dr. J. L. Whitman. Mr. Nichols, of Houston, Texas, is wearing a light colored suit. Dr. Whitman, of Fort Worth, Texas, is wearing a pinstripe suit.
