Description

The Texas Philatelic Association is holding their 44th annual convention at the Blackstone Hotel. The new Association directors attending the convention are, left to right, Dr. J. L. Whitman, Elmer Wood, and H. L. Nichols. Dr. Whitman, of Fort Worth, Texas, is wearing a pinstripe suit. Mr. Wood, of Dallas, Texas, is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Nichols, of Houston, Texas, is wearing a light colored suit.
