Description
Miss Hazel Hays, on staff of Interstate Theaters' Fort Worth organization, temporarily serving as manager of the company's Arlington theaters with offices at The Texan. A year ago Miss Hays resigned as manager of Will Rogers Memorial Auditorium to become an administrative official at Avenger Field, Sweetwater, Texas, where the women transport pilots are trained. Miss Hays, who went from the position as secretary to the city manager in 1936 to the manager's desk at the auditorium, pioneered shows there and at the coliseum.
