Nurse Louis White holding first Leap Year baby of 1944. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Homer Mills. Mr. Mills, third-class petty officer is serving overseas with the Navy. Baby Boy Mills was born at 4:34 a.m. at Harris Memorial Methodist Hospital. Nurse White is wearing scrubs and a surgical mask. Baby Mills is wrapped in a blanket as he sleeps.
