Policemen's Ball. Walter Bevil, right, presents tickets to Captain Virgil Pecor, center, and Sergeant John W. Huggins. Mr. Bevil is president of the Fort Worth Police Benevolent Association, sponsor of the dance. Mr. Bevil is dressed in his policeman's uniform. Captain Pecor and Sergeant Huggins are wearing their military uniforms.
