Description
The Quartermaster Depot staged a belated, but successful, Washington's Birthday party at the Lena Pope Home for two-hundred children. Pictured, left to right are Robert Snow, Lieutenant N. K. Hibshman, Victor Younger, and Joel Woods. Robert, Victor, and Joel are dressed in Boy Scout uniforms. Lieutenant Hibshman is wearing his military uniform. There is a service flag hanging along the stone wall.
