Description
Lieutenant and Mrs. Van Heflin the former Frances Neal at the Fort Worth club. Mr. Heflin won an Academy Award in 1943 for best supporting actor in "Johnny Eager" opposite Robert Taylor. He is in Fort Worth as a guest narrator for the Army Air Forces radio broadcast at he Will Rogers Memorial Auditorium. Frances Neal, a Fort Worth native, is an actress under contract to MGM studios and will begin testing for several parts when she returns to California. She is wearing a green velvet jacketed suit that she designed herself. Lt. Heflin is in his military uniform. The couple looks at each other as they sit on a couch. There is a lamp and a window behind them.
