Description
Miss Merle Isbell is the secretary to Traffic Captain R. E. Dysart. "Myrt" as she is known with the officers, was named pinup girl of the motorcycle officers. She joined the department in 1942, and she thinks her co-workers are a swell bunch. Miss Isbell is sitting sidesaddle on a police motorcycle outside of the station. She is wearing a collared shirt, sweater, skirt, and a bow in her hair. A sign behind her says, "No Admittance. Police Officers Only." There is another motorcycle behind her, parked along the sidewalk. Several cars are parked on the curb.
