Description

Winfield Scott has his arm around his 17-year-old daughter, Winifred Scott. They attended a hearing for a suit for $50,000 child support. Mr. Scott owed Winifred and her mother, Mrs. Charlotte Morgan O'Neill, $26,000 in back payments of child support. Mr. Scott agreed to pay $50 a week for his daughter's support until she is 21. Mr. Scott and Mrs. O'Neill divorced in 1929. Winifred is wearing a tweed blazer and a skirt. Mr. Scott is dressed in a sweater, blazer, and trousers.
