Sudden wartime population shifts accompanying the decentralization of American industry, were among some of the problems they discussed. Capp is on the left pointing at a point on a Texas map while Hale Junior holds the map up and listens. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 4, 1944.
