J. D. McClenny, 29, is a carpenter's first mate in the Naval Construction Forces Seabees. He has returned home to Fort Worth, Texas, after a tour of duty in the Aleutians. He is spending his 30-day leave with his wife, Rachel. Two of Lieutenant McClenny's brothers and a brother-in-law are serving in the military.
