Description
James Irvine Junior, 16, has been selected as Cadet Colonel and Corps Commander of Fort Worth High School Reserve Officers' Training Corps. He is the ranking officer of all ROTC units in the city. Under him will be the Lieutenant Colonels in charge of ROTC units in each of the schools. Irvine is vice president of the senior class at Arlington Heights High School and is an eagle scout. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Irvine. He is photographed from the waist up in full ROTC uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, February 1, 1944.
