Optimist Club President Edward H. Dyer, right, is shown receiving $10,000 in War Bonds from banker T. E. Graham. The Optimists bought the bonds with the proceeds of the Black Hills Passion Play. Mr. Dyer is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Graham is dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit.
