Lieutenant Cyrus Rickel Junior, a 23-year-old B-24 pilot. He has returned home to visit his parents in Arlington, Texas, after eight months in Europe. Lieutenant Rickel is a 1938 graduate of Arlington Heights High School. He attended North Texas Agricultural College and Texas Christian University before entering the service in 1942. Lieutenant Rickel is standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform.
