Lieutenant E. E. Todd entered the service fifteen months ago. On January 15, he received his wings and commission at San Marcos Air Base. He was visiting Fort Worth, Texas, before reposting on the East Coast for duty with the Troop Carrier Command. His wife, the former Miss Margaret Elizabeth Cassell, went east with him. Lieutenant Todd is standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform.
