On his first leave in three years. Lieutenant Charles D. Tandy of the U. S. Navy returned home in Fort Worth, Texas. The 25-year-old spent 18 months in Washington, D. C., and the South Pacific as a war bond-coordinator. Lieutenant Tandy graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Business Administration and attended Harvard Business School for two years. He is standing against a wall, dressed in his military uniform. He has removed his hat and tucked it underneath his arm.
