    Description

    The A. P. Mitchell Auto Company collected their wastepaper to be accumulated for war purposes. The paper amounted to several hundred pounds and was given to three boys. They are, left to right, Larry Chancellor, Byron Whalin, and Charles Williams. They collected the papers to help their schools win some of the $300 in prizes. They are wearing shirts and trousers and are holding large stacks of papers.
